Leica M8 - best place to buy

Hi..

New to and rangefinders but interested to buy a Leica M8.
I have a few questions.
1. Where would I get the best price in Singapore.
2. Does anybody have an idea of a current guide pricing.
3. Are the cameras on sale in Singapore the updated versions i.e
quieter shutter, sapphire lcd display screen etc...
