Thanks guys/girls. For those who have not been to Anilao, should at least give this place a shot. Hire a Pro Photo Guide and you will not be disappointed. There are plenty of nice resorts too.

Hi Stonefish35,
I stayed in Monte Carlo Resort in Anilao cos not many divers and you get more personal attention from DMs. Best of all u get to choose your dive sites and they are the closest to Anilao Point which is best for night dive - Squids, Octopus, Shells, Crabs and Eels. 4-6m of water more then 2hrs bottom time. Other resorts that I would recommend: Pier Uno, Ocellaris, Vistama. |

Hi amc717,
Anilao pt is just infront of the fish market. Maybe different resort has different names for the site. I call Anilao pt " Fish market" as there are some many critters there as if you were shopping in the market. |

Would suggest trying the "Mainit" muck next time. Its just like Basura but without the garbage (but its over at the other end of Anilao). Did a dusk dive there and saw a lot of critters. Cheers. |
