Was this taken at the end of your 400+1.4TC? Pretty sharp & close....

BTW, pm'd but didn't get a reply from tsys about the box n stuff for the TC. Can u try to reach him 4 me?

There is a strong red cast in your shots. You can remove it with PS auto levels and adjust the curves for the guy.

jo3pit, i think the pictures are consistently dark. mind adjusting the brightness/midtones?

Anyway ...just what others said, a little PS tweak will make this pics look great..

Hahaha! I am pretty sure this is one Helluva lens!

Managed to try on this one with my D100, + 1.4TC and the 1.5x CF = 840mm, thanks jo3pit...

Liked the concentration on the contestant's face in the 3rd pic.
