Hi fellow divers..
I'm a new open water diver getting into u/w photography. Currently I have a compact pns that I'm looking to use u/w. Beside the housing, I need recommendations on tray and arm setup that give flexibility of lighting configurations (single strobe setup) Any good strobe and arm setup that I could get? I'm looking at the inon d2000 to pair with a f100fd.. what should I be looking out for? weight considerations? and any good shops to look/purchase scuba/camera gears? ![]() Last edited by viix; 6th May 2008 at 06:20 AM. |

There ain't too many shops dealing with U/W photographry stuff in S'pore..... something about small market and high overcost. Try.... I never been to Oceanic Focus before..... as their label price on their website is more $$$$ than the other shop. But do check them out. I use a Inon Z240 strobe myself...... some ppl consider Inon strobe 'Under Powered', But I like it for its small size and using of normal 4x AA battries. For arms&trays.... pls refer to the link below.... http://www.sgscuba.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=2157 I have pics of my current setup on that thread..... Hope this helps. Nice setup you have there.. sleek all black system lol.
Seeing your z240 is making me reconsider getting the d2000. D2000 might just be a little short in power for my style of shooting. |
