How to use a 49 mm filter on my FZ18 or PA62E adapter?

I am getting a 49mm minolta close up lens from ebay.

I was just wondering, how I could use it on my fz18 lens or on PA62E pemaraal adapter?

Where can I get a cheap step up ( 46 - 49 mm) or step down (62-49 mm) adapter?

I am also thinking if the hood adapter could hold this 49mm lens.
