actually not difficult to do if you are handy with a sewing machine. just need to get hold of the foam and a cheap raincoat (like those from $1 or $2 shops). or you can use cloth which is easier to sew than raincoat.

yep, all are velcro-ed... i'm using the safrotto ones... something like the crumpler bucket, but way less cheaper .... ard 25-35 bucks....

got it free when i bought my crumpler at orient photo at 125 bucks..damn cheap compare to retail at 175 if i am not wrong...

I'm actually using the Timbuk2 w/ inserts since last year, you can buy those inserts from Perly's. Although its not available on the catalogue you can email them to find out if they have stock for it.
