Good Photo Developing Labs in the East

I have heard about reviews about Grace digital lab and Miao Lann, but there seem rather far to go to on a regular basis. Anybody knows any good photo developng labs in the East?

I stay in the east but I usually accumulate enough images to print at one go at ColourLab in Adelphi.

Printed at Colourlab once. But it's way over-priced. 8R at colourlab is $6 as compared to Grace which is $2.50. And the service at Colourlab not fantastic. Have to pay $1 extra for each picture if I wanted to shift the cropping factor.
So not a good feeling there.

Is Ruby good? Where else? Seems like there is none in the East. Only central and West.
