Canon 5D price now?

Hi

Just checking out the Canon 5D price now (first hand). Was looking at the camera listing in the forum but I think the prices are a bit out of date. I checked a couple of months back at Alan Photo Sim Lim and they quoted S$3,200. Has anyone else received a better price anywhere else? Thanks!

Did you read my post? I said i think the entry in the forum is out of date as I got a different price completely from what is listed (S$3200) ... I even boldened it to get the point across...

Eric - cheers. I guess I was a bit lazy to find out the numbers of the stores and call myself, wondering if some of the regulars had gotten better prices! and seeing that they may quote higher on official calls/emails (at least it seems that way from experience in the past)

According to http://www.ygdragon.net/index.php?pa...ameraprice.htm the last update on the 21st shows that a 5D costs 14.2k HKD or About SG$2480 :O

It seems that it is cheaper to book a budget airline fly to HK, buy the camera then fly back. BTW, what is the HK-SG exchange rate?
