How does one get pictures displayed directly in the message posts instead of putting up a link. This would eliminate any member who wishes to view do not have to click on the link and wait for the picture to load.

Use the IMG button rather than the Http:// button to post an image.

Please note the image has to reside on your own server space and the server must allow remote linking.
