Default Scissors Cutter

Hi guys anybody can tell me where can i buy
scissor cutter for cutting passport photos ??

i got a digicam and photopaper, wanna D.I.Y passport photos at home !

hmmm...the one i use before is not really a scissors

but something like a stamping machine...u align the pic below the box, then pull down the lever

but in the end i use pen knife...may be becos i was trying to cut from an A4 paper so it dun come out nicely

Try using a rotary cutter. The paper edge is smoother after the cut as compared to using pen knife.
