Talking Fiery Flowers

My take on the pathetically short fireworks stint @ the Merlion Park. Was on the bridge with Wai when the barge went off and was just in time to catch the last few rounds.

Enjoy this one!

Taken on EOS 10D, Sigma 15mm Diag. Fisheye
M mode - f10, 3 secs (Blub)
AWB, ISO 400

actually, already removed the very big blocking one. I left the other 2 there for some realism.. heehee...

Will try later... maybe it will work but still, the shot sucks.... bad timing man...

How's yours?

Thanks Doc... actually planning to send one of them for the ARMY NEWS contribution but I guess it's not up to standard yet as the main photographer hasn't gotten back to me.

Anyway, if you have subscribe to PIONEER, for the past 2 issues, they have been featuring photographers @ work and it's really good works. ^.^

yeah lor... was really squeezing in with the crowd and trying to find a space to set up tripod..... managed to do that in the ledge on the seat along the bridge.. heehee.... but would wish it's more highlevel fireworks and longer too.... the firing took us by surprise coz I was trying to shoot some dusk scenery in long exposures... darn...
