Bee Building Nest

I don't know what kind of a bee this is, but it's about 1.5cm. It's building what looks like a nest on my bedroom window. I couldn't get too good of a shot because I had to take it through the window.

Thanks for the ID Snappa. I suppose I should get it off my window, but it's kind of fascinating to watch it at work.
