    Er... let's see, if I'm taking the shot, I'll most probably make it a portrait shoot, either face shot or shoulder shot. Might try a close up shot too, eyes, hands, or even the roses.


    However, if your intention is to bring out the whole statue, just a few points to discuss. First of all, find the green background doesn't match with the statue look. The feel ain't right. Secondly, find it too center and you might consider not to crop the fingers. Thirdly, not the right time of the day to take that shot, personally will prefer the lights to be on the face. One more point will be the red/brown thingy on the left, you might want to shift a bit to take that out too.

    That's just my personal thoughts tho, hope it helps.

    If your camera has high speed flash you can use it to brighten the statue. Or use a reflector to shine some light on it.

    more bokeh better....if can use f1.8..haha...

    use a polariser on top of that too...remove the reflections off the leaves...

    just my 2c...
