Default Where to buy cheap Softbox+studio lights

Need to buy cheap lights with stands that come with interchangable umbrella and box light to see shadows in body forms for indoor informal studio settings. How do I link this with my D300, so I can never take blurred photos, wireless flash trigger? Thanks in advance

Doesn't matter. Info on DIY light-boxes are aplenty on the net. Just do a search.

Generally, they work great, but I find that they can be limited, especially when shooting slightly to very reflective objects. The worse are objects like watch crsytal glasses, flatware, perfume/cosmetic/skin care packaging because these surfaces tend to 'mirror' the entire lightbox set-up, showing the lightbox itself quite clearly.

    Must think of better ideas...
