Canon IR

Hi folks,

I bought an IR filter HOYA for my canon 350 D (kit lens) when some years back, then i found out that the kit lens is seriously bad for IR photography.

So my question , tell me another 58mm lens for canon i hear 28-105 is 58mm .. is that good for IR..

Please suggest some lenses .. i really dont feel like changing the filter
