Default D70 supported in VISTA?

hi there,

was looking for drivers for d70 to be connected to pc etc. is there any drivers for vista? can only find supported on xp.

comments?

Vista should natively support it, no? Have you tried?

The most it doesn't detect. Will not harm your device.

Pretty sure it should just be plug and play, so to speak. Just plug it in, wont do any harm, it will reither recognise it or it wont.

it works ... i think its like external HDD or thumbdrive no drivers needed

I'm not sure about this, but maybe you can try to update firmware if there are any.

It does work. I am using it. As what freezemaster has said, its like a normal thumb drive. no drivers needed.

fyi for the weaker hearted fellas, D70 is recognise in vista withou any drivers.

now, does it support curves transfer into D70 using software? anyone tried any software?

I used ToneUp for transferring curve. If you only need to transfer one curve, then download camera control pro and upload your curve during the trial period. IMO, the sRealav2 curve is sufficient for most applications.

thanks for the info. as i know toneup works only on xp or below for transfering curve. the feature is not available in vista which i'm using unfortunately. i wonder are there any other software apart from camera control pro and toneup for this task?

Oh.. I'm not aware that Toneup cannot run on Vista. Those are about the only software I know that can upload camera curves.
