CS2 & Windows picture n fax viewer

Hi guys, recently when i tried to open pics using windows pic n fax viewer, colors look ok.

but when i opened the same image in CS2, it looks somekind of warm and a message box appears that my monitor profile somehow is wrong with cs2.

so how can i solve this problem? search the whole forum but not much answers
