I had a bad experience in Indonesia. I've sent my D200 to the Nikon Svc Centre and to fix the exp.dial and then when I reveived it back the rubber grip on the right side and the left side are not well glued back... Tried to complain to them but no positive response.
I tried to fix it by myself, also not working that well. It just won't stick... Any suggestion how to deal with this or what kind/type/brand of glue that I should buy? Thank you in advance for your help! David A. Aden |

its not the glue, the rubber has expanded. get it replaced at nsc, it doesnt cost much. its a problem that all d200 and soon d300 will face.

I already give up hope on this problem. Just leave it until the whole rubber really gone case then get it replace. But soon or later it will still be the same.

How about cutting the excess rubber after it expanded?
My dad used to cut nicely those excess rubber, every time the focusing ring rubber expanded in his lenses.
