Hi bro, May I know what is the diff between P-TTL and TTL?

Interested in getting a flash since I do not own 1.

Well, I only know that istD, istDs, & istDs2 support TTL flash.
Maybe some older film SLR also support, but I not sure the exact models.

DL, K100D, K200D, K10D, K20D only support P-TTL, so, they can only use 360, 540, sigma 500, sigam 530.


If you use a manual lens, without auto aperature function, you may have to adjust the flash and aperature by hand. In that case, this flash has no difference with P-TTL flash, because you have to do everything yourself both.
