You may also want to take a look at the book "Take Your Photography to the Next Level" by George Barr. It does not touch on equipment and photoshop.

They're saying riceball can be found at Funan. I haven't been there myself, so can't confirm.

yes, and the price at CBC seemed lower. but riceball has got bigger range of selection, and more specialised.

You can join Riceball's membership which costs about $10 a year for 10% discount and at times, they will offer 20% on all titles for members.

I find that Kinokuniya's prices on some titles are comparable to those of Riceball and the Computer Bookshop at Funan. However, their membership is more expensive.

i second your statement.. but anyway..

Computer Book Center, Funan 3rd floor

    Kinokuniya
do some checking so that u get the best price..

Eg the book i bought from Riceball:
    Scott Kelby's 7 point system for Cs3.
    Borders : $101
    Riceball : $71
    Kino : $67
    Computer book center : $61

I could have saved 20 bucks if i bought the photoshopcs3 and 7 point system book from Computer Book center.. oh well.. at least i didnt spend $101 on just a single book.. magazines wise, all shops have the same price i believe..

Between me and my wife, we have Borders, Kino and Riceball(no card) member cards..
