To blur a picture for artistic purpose is all right.................. as long as you keep at least a point of interest / focus.

Learn how to get your focus right first dont galang gabot when snapping up people.

The blur is created using PS, which I did badly... below is a pic of actual photo:

the tone is too reddish warm. just lower it. the purpose of the blur is?

nothing in particular... just started learning to use Photoshop...
so just trying out...
