So you also went on Saturday.

Quite nice. Way better than mine.

Waiting to see some more models.

What time do you need to standby there to get a frontal space? In this kind of show, a frontal view is quite crucial for photography. Saw YiLiShenXian and his gang were in the official photogs area and on elevated platform a couple of metres just in front of the centre of the stage. Needless to say, that was the best place to shoot the full gowns. When I shot from the side, the only time to get a frontal view was when the model was walking along the side of the stage and the background doesn't look good. Also when I shot from far, the model appeared very near to the stage screen background and the picture lacks a 3-D feel as it doesn't convey a sense of space well.

Yours are also very good too.

You bet. As the lighting is good, did have some sharp pix. Need to process one by one to present these beautiful babes.

Arrived there 1 hour before the show. YiLiShenXian and his friends were already there. Shooting from the middle front of the center of the stage. Stage was a bit high. Using ladder will be better. Range wise, 70-200mm just nice. 50-150mm might be better ?

I had your experience too, also at Vivo during the Chinese New Year Show. Late for a good position and could not get a good pix.

Thanks for viewing.
