i reach there on time, so can't get a good spot.. my view is block n my flash is block... the peoples infront me don't doing what sia... i go left, he go left.. i go right, he also go right... end up didn't got any good take, this few is my best... =(

Ha ha.. this is common problem for me too .. cos i always late too.. no choice lar, bro... we can't say anything as they spent time & effort to reach there earlier & wait there...
We can't expect to get good spot even if we are late..... unless.. we buy a 3-4 steps ladder..

i never calibrate my monitor.. yes i agree the pictures is warm... i think my camera setting, my flash is block or my ps skill not good..

will adjusting the Hues in photoshop help in the skin tones for these tonal problems? i find its kinda unnaturally red

Picture is not warm.. its unexposed cause as TS says .. his flash is blocked by the dude in front
