nice capture but lots of handshake. Something that i face as well. if possible, use a high speed lens? Personally, when the colors doesn't help, i always switch to high contrast B/W...

Thanks~ Hehe. I use a monopod to support the 70-200mm f2.8 AF-S VR, but TKD really has many fast movements and is quite a challenge to get good and sharp shots!

i was surprised that the official photographer use flash to shoot the contestants. I thought flash photography was not allowed.

oh yeh, i was a bit surprised too... But apparently they didn't disallow flash photography... But I'm still glad I was armed with the 70-200mm f2.8 VR.

they restricted a distance from the arena so the flash isn't that disturbing as compared to closer range
