hrm, i don't understand what is going on, the faraway object seems pretty sharp, the foreground is blurred, jagged, pixellated

how to explain this? what did you do in your post processing, out of interest.. did you generate this effect deliberately? i find it very interesting

hi night86mare, thanks for dropping by.
This was out of camera/out of phone. Nothing was done to it.
I also dunno why like this, but i was not expecting much from a phone cam.

nice~~ think crop to remove the air con will be nice.. haha.. dunno~ not sure if the they serve to reiterate the theme of "down memory lane" in any way though..

to night86mare.. i think it is juz "deceptively" sharp (i.e. the background elements are small so the "flaws" are not obvious?).. =)

i think it is possible how ssping83 explains it, on second look hurhur

i like the composition here. the pixellation kinda adds to the picture, perhaps you could add some blur - to give the picture a "waking out of coma" feel, this is such a disjointed, warped scene to me when i look at it surreal

Thanks, ssping83. I did think of removing the aircon, but i will need to severely crop the pic, likely end up with verticle frame. Too lazy to PS a phone pic so left it alone.

"down memory lane" was just a random title, didnt know what else to name it.
