Food Photography

Hi,

I previously quoted my food photography based on half day rates, the photos were used for web use back then. However, now i'll helping a friend shoot for a food menu for his restaurant, and now i'm thinking of charging by item. The estimated number of items to shoot is around 70. How much should i charge for item now? Or should i still be shooting based on a day/half-day rate?
