This cheerleading thow is called 'Acend to heaven' and return as 'Monkey God'. Great Capture. You have been sitting a long time there for this great shot. Amazing the size of the 300 mm you have and the sharpness of it.

nikkor 80 - 400 in indoor and yet so sharp? Must be taken with those nowadays dslrs with high iso?
