Default Night Shot

hi, i would like to know how does everyone find this pic. i wanted to use a wider lens but so happened i only brought my tamron lens as such i couldn't take a wider shot.

i shot this at MGS during an intermission of a concert.

i shot this at ISO 1600 cos i forgot to change it as i was in the auditorium before that.

is there any way i can make the lights dimmer and the sky brighter?

thank you

What was your intention? If your intention was to record the school's architecture, then its not working well because you loose the building details due to the low ambient light condition.

To make the lights dimmer, you can try shadow/highlights in PS but I doubt that will help much.
