Hmm not even film numbers? When you mean blank, do you mean totally transparent or totally opaque?

Are the negs totally opaque, or totally transparent?

If it's totally opaque, it was exposed to a bright light source prior to developing (like the film was pulled out of the canister in a bright room).

If it's totally transparent with NO rebates, it means that somehow or another, all the emulsion has been dissolved away.

If it's totally transparent with the rebate intact, the film was not exposed at all (film not loaded properly, winding mechanism didn't work, lens cap was on or mistakenly sent in a brand new roll of film for developing).

it was totally transparent! (what are rebates?) they were just ALL transparent. nothing on it. so what does it mean that all the emulsion was dissolved away?

The frame numbers should be there, even if the film is not exposed
I don't think there's a problem with your camera. It could be film or processing problem.

    Just some tip:
Always ( or at least during the first shots) check the rewind crank when advancing the film to make sure the film is properly in place.

If the film is totally transparent without the numbers there, then the most likely situation is a processing problem. I can't fathom a user problem with this situation.

It's probably went into the bleach fix before even going into the developer.

TS: did you process the negative yourself? This is something which should not happen with the lab if they are using a machine. Even if the dev is weak, there should still be something.

Unfortunately, most if not all photo labs have this fine print saying that they have excluded liability to the price of unexposed film lol. Whether this clause is enforceable is another issue.
