    i bought a - Toshiba 4GB Thumb drive at S$26.00.

    tried to buy pda pouch - stall say don't have that model here, will call me later when there is stock

    tried to buy original oly battery - official oly stall say don't have

    waiting for the show to be over.. mebbe getting a iphone clone mentioned in today's ST.

    but i got a free HWM published Sony A100 book that costs $28.00 in bookstores...

    Bought 19" LG LCD monitor with a claimed 8000:1 dynamic contrast range... darn, dunno if the large dynamic range is a good thing or not: on one hand, I can see details in the highlights and shadows where it wasn't possible to see with my laptop's stock LCD monitor, but on the other hand, it really brings out the high ISO noise blotches and faint bands from some pictures.

    Read a lot of good review for the Dlink DNS323.

    Bought one at the IT show at $209 , the price at Sim Lim Square is $225.

    Unfortunately, I'm having a lot of problems linking it with my computer.

    besides... since apple can't get their crap together, i'm not going to wait for them. the unlock iphones dun interest me.
