Default help on berno tripod

hi guys...any1 using Benro Tripod A057 + head BH-00
i face some problem during protrait position..
the connection on plate and cam tend to loosen..
what should i do??

That happen to me too, just traded in the BH-00 to Jack with a BH-0 + top-up.

how much is BH-0???
and how much u traded in ??
only can solve by changing ball head???

Loose between the plate and cam? Sounds like you just need to tighten the screw more.... Happens on my Manfrotto too, not sure if the grip is actually better on higher end heads/plates.

You know below the plate got a screwy thing? Tighten it more.. If I remember correctly, you can use the tool or a coin to tighten it

i try it..
it is real tight...but it still loosen when doing protrait way..
if i apply more.. it might hurt my cam..haha..
will it??
