S3 Pro speedlights
which nikon speedlights are compatible (meaning, TTL) with the S3? can older ones like the sb-28 or sb-24 TTL? or do i have to use the newer ones sb-**Dx or sb-600/800?

Yep, shoulden be a problem
It will TTL with older model like sb80dx too. Some say s3pro ttl on older Dttl flash model is better than ittl model. |

yes, it can do TTL w the the old flashes!
 even w the cheaper 3rd party flashes such Vivitar, Sunpak etc.. |
