Tokina Atx 242 Af Lens Nikon Mount

Hi, i have a tokina atx 242 af lens 24-200mm lens
i really like this lens alot

was wondering what is the compatability of this lens with the Dslrs these days

is this lens compatible with models like nikon d60, d70,d80,d100
or the fuji s pro series?

ive been using this lens on a manual camera so far, would like to upgrade to a dslr camera although i still do shoot film

was hoping to use this lens again

tried it on a d 70 it didnt read my lens? is it compatible

I know someone who uses this, but on a Canon camera. His nick is how33 here on Clubsnap. Not too sure how this lens looks like in the first place so I'm afraid I can't help you with this. It is an AF lens?

it'll autofocus with all nikon and fuji dslrs except nikon d40/x, d60 bodies...

think you've may have forgotten to to set/lock the aperture ring to the minimum aperture
