Default Recommend tripod for 2100UZ

Looking for a good tripod for my 2100UZ. Price range should be around $40 - $80. No brand preferences. Preferably with 3 way pan head, suitable for my height (174cm) and must be stable enought to withstand the weight of my cam in slighty windy conditions. Thanks.

Is it compact enough to be packed inside a travel luggage? The type which can hand carry into the plane?

Lightweight digicams, even big ones like c2100, dun really need a big tripod as it is a ZLR (no giant sports lens)... the recommended Slik is good... if you want to spend even less, a sturdy x-brand $25 one will also do.. just make sure it has the quick-release head as the poor location of the tripod mount of c2100 blocks the batt compartment (I'm forced to mount the tripod 'sideways' for clearance to open the batt comp)

I am 1.75m. I use Slik U6600. Just nice for my height.
It cost me S$50 at CP.

Slik U8000 is taller and abit more sturdier than U6600.
But cost abt $10 more.
