Jassops 280ABZ for finepix s7000?

hi, i have searched to find a external flash (Flash that sits on top of the hot shoe) for my FinePix S7000.

i have buyed this Jessops 280ABZ, i have tryed to use it but the camera will not trigger the external flash, i have looked @ the manual.it says to use it with setting P" "S" "A" "M".

I have read some where that this flash will work with this camera.

i will be very greatfull for anyone's help to get this working.
or
Any one have a S7000 with external flash. Please recommend a good flash to use with this camera.

Hi, you need change setting to external flash when using an external flash on your S7000 on those modes. Hope it solve your pb. This is a very very good, but slow, camera as the picture colour quality no other models can come close to its Super "EBC" Fujinon Lens which uses the old traditional type of Fujinon lens that produces a very nice warmth skin tone and brilliant colour...
