Need help!!

recently bought sony hdr-u5e tried and play the
8cm disc direct on my laptop, encounter a white blur shadow (zig-zag)
whenever the subject move.But when i burn the file to a dvd
i get a clear picture. its normal?

It sounds like interlacing. If you want to play on PC or web without these artifacts you can convert to a progressive format. If you have a video editing program you can render to MPEG1 to see if it fixes the problem. If you don't, you can download TMPEGENC or Super (both free, just do a google search) and convert to MPEG1 that way.
