Managed to capture this at close enough distance for my equipment.

No Fishing... two offenders ~ White collared Kingfisher

Think it's a female, White throated Kingfisher
Tv 1/125s Av f/5.6 ISO 100 Metering Mode: Centre Weighted
Mode: Program Flash: Yes Lens: EF 700-200mm + 1.4x @ 280mm
