Default Tamron 200-400mm vs Sigma 135-400mm

Hi,
I am looking for a lens to shoot hockey under daylight and for the singapore airshow. I basically have 2 choices: Tamron 200-400mm/ 5.6 or Sigma 135-400mm/ 4.5-5.6. Which is a better lens to get? My friend spotted the above lens overseas and will be bringing either 1 back for me.
Thanks for any advice.
