Nice facial expressions showing the intense concentation of the rowers.

On a secondary level the shot lacks that the caption implies. Waiting till the oars were out of the water on the first stroke to capture the water sprays would make for a shot with more impact.

yes, i have number of shots like that but they are kinda blur(due to movement). I got to practice more.
