Did you read the instructions to begin with???

Select the image you want to convert and click "batch process" button on top right. You'll come to a menu. That's where you select the folder you'd like the coverted files to be saved into, along with all other settings.

You'll need to select all your images before you click batch process. Otherwise, you'll be doing one at a time.

Just want to add to your post that you do not need to select all your raw images. Pressing ALT-B (shortcut to batch process) when NONE of the raw images are selected works the same as when all of them are selected.
