Maybe can help in 1st June, but other previous day cannot, got shoot, will try not to arrange shoot on 1st June.

    1. I can help to shoot ppl or pose ppl, cannot do printing.
    2. Supply extra memory card. (Why no wireless transfer?)
    3. Will supply own camera and flash.

The only issue i have is too rush.

    Thanks Simon.

Glad to know that CS will be picking up the bill for the tentage as this is one of the big ticket item which we need to cover as well as their open offer of additional assistance.

It's also very nice of Eastgear to come in with their sponsorship, thanks to them as well.

Now what we need is more volunteers.

Thursday night is OK with me but I have a whole day outdoor shoot so if it's early evening or dinner time than it may be a problem.

I'll be out of the office from 3pm and will not have email access till tomorrow mid noon so Sjourn, can help to arrange and keep track of this meeting?

    Thanks Bro
