ADI of Preflash mode
Sorry another newbie question: If am using a third party lens such as a Tamron should be using ADI or preflash mode for better flash accuracy?

I think ADI is more accurate.

ADI works for D lens only.

3rd party lenses, although some will specify ADi supported, it is best to go to "Preflash" TTL for better result if you are going to shoot TTL.
