Default how to up write speed of s3 pro?

just got my hands on an s3 pro. while i really don't mind the write speed (im using a kingston 1gb cf card), i was wondering if there was something else i could use to speed it up. saw on dpreview that it writes faster on xD cards, but i was thinking that maybe getting a fast cf card will work the same way.

anybody can give me an insight on this?

nope...writing to h-type xd is about 2x faster than any cf card on s3.
