How much 2 pay another photographer?

Need some advise on how much to pay for another photographer which will be taking on another event on behalf of me .Only photo taking throughout the event,no editing.

I would say something along the lines of 70-30 after deducting materials. It wouldn't be fair to say your editing is worth that much more den the photography..
