Actually, for the easily hand jam person like me - I was faster on button hold + 1 dial than on 2 dials... after using a700 for a couple of months, I still mix up the dials...

But the dials and buttons on the A700 are built with a multi-redundancy feature what! If you always mix up the front and rear dial, u can set the custom function for both to do the same thing... e.g. in A mode, both front and rear dials can be set to change the aperture only. If u need exposure compensation, then press the button on the top panel and spin the front or rear dial... this way no need to mix up... but I prefer front dial for aperture value, rear dial for exposure compensation... much faster... you will get used to it after a while... I can't live without it now... it's easier to spin a dial then to hold down a button and spin a dial... much easier trust me!

Sony is certainly looking very exciting. I am thinking of jumping ship from Nikon to Sony. The only concern is the price of the CZ lens is expensive... ( compare to CZ-ZF Series for Nikon )

Bro, nikon already had an impressive lineup of bodies and lenses, original and third parties
ask urself what will u gain by jumping ship?
what is the R.O.I aka return of investment?
Are the differences between the two will be so great that it will matter whether u can take that winning shot or not?
Do u already feel yr skill already far exceeded what yr camera is capable of.

Bad time is coming, money is precious, better save for the rainy day ahead

But it's Auto-Focus

HK pricing are cheaper, or you can look for the Oracle, he is selling some new CZ and Sony lenses at more affordable prices.

Think it's sony's own sensor... Pentax used to get sensors from Sony IIRC, but they switched to samsung for K20D

Thanks for the heads up bro... It's okay for A mode, i usually hoot the exposure compensation button, but I also realised, that using the front dial also changes the exposure compensation, sometimes kalang kaboh hit the wrong dial and changed the exposure compensation instead of the aperture...

Though, the most trouble comes when I'm shooting at manual mode, haiz, slow old man need more time to get used to hi-tech equipment...
