Why you shouldn't get a Pentax K20D!

hi guys, any guesses on the price of the K20D with kit lenses?
i was planning to take on the canon 450D or 40D for better performance at high ISO but the price is rather STEEEPPPP!!
the K20D seem like a good competitor (based on it's specs and reviews of it's predecessor), overall, it' looks neat!
