Need some recommendation on tripod

Hi guys, I'm looking for a tripod which is strong enough to support my JVC HD110U, any recommendation? My budget is around $200. I hope the tripod is able to support DSLR as well...

Support is one thing, but if you also want smooth pan and tilt for this size of camera, I recommend you increase your budget. I'm using Manfrotto 503 with a Canon XH-A1 and it's only just OK. Would love to get something smoother but the cost is quite OUCH!
