It is quite blue. <blinks eyes repeatedly>

I didn't notice if the other forum areas get the Olympus advertising but they certainly don't have the background.

But the contrast of the orange "Quote" and such is more outstanding that the sliver scheme ones

maybe just the background to white with the E

Thumbs down Re: different colour scheme for four thirds system forum...

I agree with every negative comment above. This is the worse change ever done here. I don't understand how the person who decided this was thinking. My eyes hurt, my head is spinning of the painful, ugly blue colour scheme. What was wrong with the one we had yesterday? It was nice, discrete and relaxing. Do they want to drive us away and try to attract new members this way?

Come on, changes are generally good, but this one...

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you, whoever did this back to normal change!

I think it was a test only to see if people actually see or if we are in reality totally blind but nono, we are not blind.

i think what they are trying to do is to give us a different look to make our sub forum different from the rest here.. i too agree that the blue was abit shocking at first but after awhile, its okay to me.

They gone a bit overboard. I guess. I dont mind colour change but the colour change must make sense.
I suggest they colours are tested here first http://www.colormatch.dk/

The blue background hides the normal blue link (<< Previous Thread | Next Thread >>), so if the backgound is that kind of blue, then the colour of the link need to be changed too.

Bright blue is not a good background by the way because it can be associated with windows blue screen of death.

Also certain people like certain colours. Ever notice why a lot of photography website opt for black background? Because it will bring out more colours of the photos, the same way people are framing photos with black borders, unless they are black and white photo, where amazingly white borders and strong coloured borders like red or orange can do wonders (of course must match the wall paint).
