actually we should give them a special offers to include kuyt n kewell too. Or even giving juve priority in buying both of them at a bundle price.

    Correct 1st Scorer for LFC = 1point!

Correct Last Scorer for LFC = 1point!

1). in the event of 1-0 end result, the 1st scorer will be taken as the last scorer even though the participant might haf anticipated 2-0 or 22-0 and haf listed someone else as the last scorer.

2). the prediction is good till the Final Whistle, which includes Extra-time but not Penalty Shootout.

The 23-year-old is currently on Africa Cup of Nations duty with Mali but has finally sealed his move away from Anfield.

The former Valencia midfielder had been keen to leave the Reds in this month's transfer window after losing his first-team place earlier this season.

Juve's sporting director Alessio Secco had confirmed earlier in the week that boss Claudio Ranieri was on the verge of capturing the skilful midfielder, when he said: "There a few details to define but we are really close to completing the affair."

Sissoko had been with the Reds since the summer of 2005, scoring once in 87 appearances for the Merseysiders.

However, he started only ten games this season and did not feature in the first-team squad since mid-December.

He enjoyed a successful first season with the Reds following his £5.6million switch from Valencia but struggled to regain his best form since almost losing his sight after sustaining a serious eye injury last term.

"............the first half of this season has not gone as well as he would have liked as he has struggled for goals and found himself in and out of Rafa Benitez’s starting eleven.

He has also had to cope with the death of his father, Dirk senior, who lost his brave battle with cancer last June........He said: “I am not happy with the way things have gone so far this season but I can feel my form coming back so hopefully tonight will be the turning point for me.

“It has been hard for me for a few reasons and I don’t think I have been at my usual level mentally as much as anything.

“I have found it hard going on without my dad because he was my biggest supporter in football but I have to do that........"

    RAFA CLAIMS CL IS HARDEST

    Posted 30/01/08 10:15

Rafa Benitez claims that Arsenal and Chelsea are jealous of Liverpool because the Champions League is the hardest trophy to win.

In a ludicrous statement, Benitez claims that becoming European champions is more difficult than winning the Premier League title.

This obviously fails to explain why Benitez and other Reds managers before him have found it so difficult to win the title while twice reaching the Champions League final.

"How many teams have won the Champions League? That is a massive trophy and it is more difficult to win than any other trophy," Benítez says in The Guardian.

"The Premier League is our target because we have won the Champions League. If you ask Chelsea or Arsenal what they would like to win most of all, I am sure they would say the Champions League. After 18 years without the Premier League we want to win it, but we have to be more consistent."

The Liverpool manager added: "I came here to improve things and I still remember my first conversations about what we wanted to do here. In three years' time the target was to be contenders, and in three years we have won four trophies and played in seven finals. So we have improved.

"We haven't been at the top level in the league for 15 years. Before I came we hadn't won the Champions League for 21 years. We are improving, but we cannot say it is enough."

Liverpool are currently 17 points behind leaders Arsenal, who are of course seething with jealousy.

    can we sack raf*** now?

if the CL cup is so difficult, let us bloody concentrate on the league first n foremost.

we oso play the CL way LATELY in the EPL mah

    4-5-1 leh!!!

    woooooo!

raf999 mux belif tat the boys are machines n that they can ALL sync and click with different players EVERYtime whenever he fields the team.

it can work in Europe becos not every team we meet has played us before and that they are usually more cautious n defensive.

whereas in the EPL, most teams we've faced them many times before. most teams keep the core of the team unchanged, maybe jus change 1 or 2 players for different games la.

raf999 can make 999999 changes from the same squad of players that he has and another 99999999 changes to the team list for every different opponent.

there's not much unity in the play. not much cohesiveness, not much understanding n no flow.

no nothing except red blood stains on the floor left behind by us.

and most EPL teams, make it english teams in general, gif their best no matter who they meet.

topped off with the fact that the top teams has $$$ n plenty of it.

oso their managers are not such a BIG RISK taker like raf999 is...
home games, they go for the kill. attack minded with 2 or 3 strikers.

look at manu! look at arsenal!

    look at gasp! CHEL$KI!!!

look at poor us. 4-5-1!!!!! 4-5-1 against a non-league team!!!!!!

    MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!!
