i never touch these two this year... i only look at blue chips this year

since last oct-nov, i sensed something wrong with these two counters by studying their charts... eversince i removed them from watchlist.

The worse might not be over yet... housing slump in US might swell credit-market losses.....
yes.. it will be so cheap.. the Fed cut will not help much except the banks.. and instead it will increase the risk of inflation.

after the games ended in August.. nothing will support China markets.

My strategy the last 2 weeks.... bought those $0.005 stocks (junk i know but who cares?) then Q to sell next day at S$0.01..... Doubling investments And minimal downside....

Have to be right in front of the Q though. Not successful everyday.

this market is so volatile... those bought on loans will be feeling the heat of margin calls and interest charges..

i am now back to an empty portfolio after taking profits yesterday, seriously no time to monitor stock unless i am on leave or off.

Yup, my cash portfolio as of now is empty.... CPF still got 10 lots of KepCorp bought at $5.50 (pre-split so effectively $2.75) and 10 lots of F&N. That's it. Retirement fund.

I still remember those days that Keppel Corp was trading at $1 something. Those who bought those days are making huge profits when the stock powered above $15.

Actually it's effectively $18.80 now cos they had a split 1-to-2.

I wouldn't say secured.... who knows what CPF changes "they" will make once I'm about to retire.

    STI rallied 102 points today.

With falling commodities prices and strengthening of US$, investors are returning back to equities.

And when STI falls 102 pts, it will be "Rising commodity prices and investors are out of equities"

    You are the man!

The market continues its gains from yesterday.

    US markets powered up again!

The market is so roller-coaster. Only those who still believe in equities will make money.

What goes down must goes up, vice versa.

ST engineering gives good dividends.. their ST aerospace handles planes for AirAsia. The other blue chips a bit too expensive for me.
